Apologies for the minute post yesterday, things are a little mental at the moment! Working full time takes up so much time, my free time just seems to be fly by at the moment. What with wedding planning, exercising, house jobs, seeing friends, family and fiance... sleep just gets in my way!
Exciting news of the day, my new glasses have arrived! I have been dying to by some new prescription glasses for such a long time, but have held off buying them until I was definitly sure on what style I wanted. So here they are, and I love them!
On other news, I am probably going to start Insanity in the next few days. ARGH! My foot is alot better, and I can now walk properly, although have not walked much distance since the incident. So tomorrow I am going to attempt a walk, and if that goes okay I will then attempt Insanity. I'm so scared already, and that is just from watching the youtube videos! The other half has also agreed to give it a go, so atleast that will given me more motivation to complete it. I really hope I am able to complete the 60 day plan, however I really don't think my fitness levels are up to it. Won't know without trying though will I?!
Food Diary -
Breakfast - Special K with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - Cheese and salad sandwich on granary bed
Dinner - Poached eggs on brown toast
A bit too much bread for my liking, but the other half was playing golf and really couldn't be bothered to cook all for little old me!
Have any of you guys attempted Insanity? I would love to know how other people have found it, and if they managed to complete it. Let me know your experience with Isanity! Hopefully they won't be too terrible it puts me off! :)

Is it me or is time on fast forward at the moment?! There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done!
So I apologise for the shorter than normal tweet, I've got a few things going on at the moment that I can't really discuss. Nothing exciting, trust me!
I hope you all enjoyed my picture blog yesterday. I will upload more old pictures over time, and hopefully plenty of new slimmer pictures!!!

Day 39 - Weight in Pictures
Well, today was (overall) a wash out! Myself and the fiance were both feeling abit rubbish with bad stomachs and so didn't really achieve much.
I got alot of the mundane jobs done, and had a pretty lazy day spening it at home. We didn't eat much either, and what I did eat was healthy. We had homemade lasagne with sweet potato chips and salad for tea. It was very tasty, and our stomachs seemed to settle once there was some food in there!
As this post is a little on the short side today, I have decided to include some pictures of my weightloss journey over the past few years. It has been highs and lows, but hopefully I am now on my way to slim-dom!
August 2010. About 13 stone here. I didn't feel too uncomfortable about it, but definitly didn't feel overly happy. And yes, that is Eastenders boys! ;)

Me in 2004 on the left, still at school and the slimmest I've ever been. Yes I know I was 15/16, but still I was a size 10/12 which is still achieveable.
2006. My 18th birthday celebrations . My legs were so slim!!!!! Going out alot agreed with me... kind of!
January 2009. This was at my biggest. I weight about 14st 4lbs here, and kept trying to pretend to myself I wasn't that large! Soon after these photos were taken I joined Weight Watchers.
September 2009. 9 months after the above pictures and I've lost almost two stone. I was very happy with my achievements, and has a brilliant night celebrating my 21st!
April 2010. I've put back on about half a stone here. I wasn't too bothered about it, but didn't do much for any more weight to stay off though.August 2010. About 13 stone here. I didn't feel too uncomfortable about it, but definitly didn't feel overly happy. And yes, that is Eastenders boys! ;)
May 2011. Still about 13 stone here. I wore clothes to cover up my real size!
September 2011. I have learnt what outfits hide my real size! I've become so good at it bridal shops were completely misjuding my size when I was trying dresses on. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing! This photo was taken a few days before we got engaged :)
February 2012 - I weigh 13st 11lbs here. This a month or two before I started my blog, and was at the same weight at the time. I felt relatively comfortable here, but looking back on the pictures just makes me cringe.
I WILL NOT LOOK LIKE THIS NEXT YEAR! That is a promise to myself :)
Hope you have enjoyed this post, it has been quite something to look back over these pictures. Quite frightening how easily it is for weight to creep back on. This has given me more encouragement to succeed at this!

Countdown!
Wow, time is just going too fast! Since starting this blog we have decided on bridesmaid dresses, florist, hairdresser and bought a few random gift items, so I would say we are moving along steady.
Next on the list to sort is some music, and entertainment, which I think we could've sorted :) check out my earlier blog today for more details!
We are ordering bridesmaid dresses in a couple of weeks, and possible my dress by the end of the month!!!
I will keep you posted on my progress and any bookings/orders we make!

Day 38 - Carnival Fun
Hey guys!
Hope you are all having a great weekend. Yesterday we spent our day at my cousins 7th birthday party, and then at a local town's carnival, which turned out to be a really good night!
We went to my partners favourite pub where they have a live band playing, who were amazing! So good we are even contemplating booking them for our wedding :) Do you get moments like that, when things just take you by surprise when you least expect it? We have both said we need to book a band or DJ in the next few weeks, and have been looking at local bands but nothing has really blown us away yet. Except for this band! They played songs that we love, had a great atmosphere and looked like they were loving every second of it! Here is a link the the lead singers YouTube page... check him out! He is only 16, and is so talented! http://www.youtube.com/user/zoomrightin
Food Diary -
Breakfast - i'm sure I don't need to even say anymore! Special K with semi-skimmed milk
Dinner - Buffet dinner at the birthday party. Salad and pasta dishes, sandwiches and cheese and pineapple on sticks. The best buffet food!
This weekend I purchased a Shake Weight. Have any of you used one before? I have cancelled my gym membership and aim to get toned and slim without the aid of an expensive membership fee! If any of you haven't heard of a 'shake weight', has a female and male version, the female version weighs 2.5 lbs. The Shake Weight increases upper body muscle activity by more than 300% compared to traditional free weights. The company website further adds that the product has "scientifically proven results" and that the user can "get incredible results in just six minutes a day, sixty-five days a year".
The product appears to be based on "vibration plate technology—machines that vibrate to make the muscles relax and contract several times a second—thought to enhance the impact of exercise".
The company claims this action tones the upper biceps, triceps and shoulders, so I am hoping to achieve a toned upper body in time for the nuptials!
I will let you know how I get on!
